What is this all about??

Hi everyone, most gratitude (alhamdulillah) to my creator Allah who granted me the good health through out the year even been diagnosed for several chronic disease. Yes i am doing very well as i am taking care of my diet and lifestyle for better now. This is the time now that i realize how could i did not give a serious attention to my health. How did i waste my 38 years back gaining weight more and more and dreaming that i would live until the end of time. It is misery when you just realize that you can't. YOU MUST TAKE ACTION TO GET HEALTHY. Well that is me and i dont want anybody else feeling regret like me so that you will live a better life.

My Shaklee journey begin when i finally had an episode of knees problem. I cannot bend and walk without feeling aches around the area. Yes, it have been making sound when i bend my knees several time before but not this time. Then i realize that the pain could become from my Obesity problem and i cannot solve it in a short period. I've been through a tough diet before and it is not easy at all plus you need to be patient in order to get an ideal healthy weight. I MUST DO SOMETHING TO RECOVER THE PAIN.

Thinking that i may could not walk normally anymore, I've contacted my friend who continuously keep sharing her Shaklee business and their product.
